Theme Park Connection: Selling 10,000 Sq Ft. Haunted Mansion Replica

Just in time for Halloween, a distinct Georgia home is being sold by Theme Park Connection, the “World’s Largest Disney Pawn Shop.”
Theme Park Connection is selling the more than just a 10,000-square-foot replica of Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion that features bizarre noises, lightning crashes and “ghosts.” Theme Park Connection specializes in buying and selling some of the rarest Disney items, including props, signs and memorabilia.

The home is located in a gated community, the seven-bedroom and six-bath home has hosted two weddings and numerous parties. The owner designed his home in 1996 with dimensions and architectural structure to match Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion. The owner used the same foundry that Walt Disney used for the real attraction for the iron in his home. The home has an authentic welcome plaque at the gate entrance with the iconic four white pillars and the four faux smokestacks, which match the Disneyland Haunted Mansion to a tee. Although the Duluth mansion does not have its own internal buggy ride, this is the world’s only known home built and modeled after a Disney attraction.

Flickering lights and outside elements add to the uniqueness of the replica home’s exterior. The owner of the home says the house is is not actually haunted as he has lived there with his wife and son for many years. Unique interior design elements include an animated bathroom hitchhiking ghost scene.

“This definitely is the most unique Disney item we have ever offered for sale,” said Marc Pianko, CEO of Theme Park Connection. “We sell unique Disney items like ride vehicles, attraction props and signs. This home would be a dream come true for any Disney collector and Theme Park Connection is thrilled to sell this Haunted Mansion replica.”
