Want to stand out in a crowd full of Anna’s, Elsa’s, and Olaf’s? You’re in the right place!

One of our favorite parts of Halloween is getting to express yourself through your costume. And we are firm believers in the power of imagination. So, put yours to the test this Halloween, and let’s get creative!

Now this is inventive. My friend, Chris and his pals, Laura, James, Jen, Lindsey, and Sarah went all out for this years’ Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Each of them is modeled after a different land in the Magic Kingdom. Their attention to detail is impressive to say the least!

Did we mention they really get into character? #disneyheroes

Do you have a favorite Cast Member costume? Try recreating it with items from your own closet or the Goodwill store.

-Who doesn’t love the Haunted Mansion costume? Try your hand at a DIY WDW name tag to top it all off. Mine is made from a plastic plate and computer paper. Cover in packing tape, glue on a safety pin, and you’re all set!

If you’re up for a challenge, DIY a costume inspired by one of your favorite Disney attractions. Chris, King of the Costume DIY, brought down the house once again when he dressed as The Enchanted Tiki RoomTalk about unique!

  1. Walt Disney:

We’ve always thought the man behind the magic should get a lot more love on Halloween. Instead of dressing up as a character he created, how about dressing up as him instead! Walt liked to stick with classic solid or pinstriped suits, sweater vests, ties, and fedoras. Bring along a sketch pad of Mickey Mouse for extra oomph. And don’t forget to don his iconic pencil mustache.

Happy Halloween!
