It seems the Federal Antitrust Regulators have given the Walt Disney Company an ALL CLEAR to buy LucasFilm for Four Billion that also includes the popular Star Wars franchise. No ‘closing date’ for the purchase has been announced but Disney now has the all-clear to take on the ‘universe’ of LucasFilm.
