Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc.’s Tanger Outlets is kicking off the back to school shopping season in style by partnering with Disney Channel’s Bridgit Mendler. Select Tanger Outlet centers will feature the Good Luck Charlie star performing her hit songs, signing autographs and hosting a Q&A with fans.
